Welcome to SafeNride. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application, website, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. User Accounts & Wallet

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all transactions made through your unified SafeNride wallet.

2. Ride & Delivery Services

Fares and courier fees are calculated and shown upfront before service confirmation. Fares are subject to local supply and demand factors. SafeNride acts as an escrow holder for merchant orders until confirmation of arrival.

3. Vehicle Rentals

Rental reservations are subject to calendar availability and identity verification. Renters must hold a valid driver's license and follow vehicle partner rules and state safety regulations.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the app to transport prohibited materials, display abusive behavior toward drivers or riders, or attempt to manipulate pricing and safety verification layers.

5. Limitation of Liability

SafeNride is a platform matching users with independent third-party service providers. While we verify credentials, NINs and vehicle documents, we are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages during transport.
